Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using (“the Site”), you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed in this Notice. If you do not accept the terms and conditions listed in this Notice, please do not use the Site. TalentMine, LLC, its principals, subsidiaries, and assigns (“TalentMine”) reserve the right to update this Notice from time to time in its sole discretion. You should review this Notice periodically for updates and changes.


TalentMine hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to view and temporarily download a copy of the materials displayed on the Site solely for your personal and non-commercial use. All materials displayed or made available on the Site, including by way of example, but not necessarily limited to, graphics, documents, text, images, sound, video, audio, artwork, software, and HTML code (collectively, “the Materials”) are exclusive property of TalentMine or its content suppliers except as otherwise noted. The Materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws, rules, and regulations. Except as expressly permitted herein, you shall not (i) use, copy, modify, display, delete, distribute, download, store, reproduce, transmit, re-transmit, publish, re-publish, sell, re-sell, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Material, or (ii) use the Material on other web sites or any media without TalentMine’s express prior written consent.

Except as otherwise directed by metadata or other standard technological means, exception to the above limitation is hereby granted to standards-compliant internet search engines and archivers as follows: (a) one copy of each page of the Materials may be archived and/or cached, provided said copy is freely and publicly available and is linked back to the original location; (b) the scope of clause (a) is limited to those pages of the Site which have not been flagged as “no-index” in accord with current Internet standards.

All trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, and logos (collectively, “the Marks”) displayed on the Site are exclusive property of TalentMine and their respective owners. You shall not use the Marks in any manner without their respective owners’ express prior written consent.

External Sites

The Site may have links directing access to third party web sites (“External Sites”). The External Sites are neither controlled nor monitored by TalentMine, and TalentMine is not, and shall not be held, responsible for any content, information, or material presented by External Sites. These connections to External Sites do not imply any relationship or association between TalentMine and the owner(s) of the External Sites, nor any endorsement or sponsorship of said External Sites by TalentMine. The External Sites are linked solely for your convenience. You shall use your own judgment and due caution in deciding to access the External Sites, and you are solely responsible for such use.

Other Terms and Conditions
You agree that there is no employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and TalentMine arising out of or resulting from your use of the Site. This Notice constitutes the entire agreement between you and TalentMine governing your Use of the Site, and is supplemental to any binding agreement between you and TalentMine. This Notice is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

TalentMine does not warrant that this Site will be lawful outside the United States. If you view, access, submit, or download materials to and from the Site outside the United States, you will be solely responsible for all your actions and assume all risks. You may not use or export any Materials or make any copy or adaptation in violation of any application laws, rules, or regulations, including, but not limited to, U.S. export laws and regulations. The failure or delay by either party to enforce the terms of this Notice shall not be deemed as a waiver of such term.


TalentMine is committed to respecting your privacy. We do not share our partner or contractor data, including email addresses or other personally identifiable information, with other entities or enterprises without the express consent of the person identified. In other words, we do not sell our database, and we will not send personally identifiable information, such as your resume, to anyone outside our company without first discussing the opportunity with you. The only exceptions to this are (a) We may disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf, such as, for example and without limitation, hosting our Web or database servers, analyzing data, providing legal, accounting and marketing services; and (b) in compliance with legally executed, court-ordered procedures.

When TalentMine receives information about you, we may use it for research, or to improve our site and the services we offer you. Before using any personal information, we will notify you via email or other means. We will also ask if you want us to use that information to continue contact with you by TalentMine and our business partners – for example, to send you new service information or to notify you of job opportunities. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes.
